GDPR – Data Portability
Individual subscriber data can be exported in a machine-readable format (usually CSV) from our subscriber data access portal so that you can provide it to another service, or to inspect it yourself.
It is well worth a look as we are getting compliments on how well an individual can get control of their own data.
Our customers, i.e. the senders and owners of the lists have the ability to automatically preserve the consent data when importing lists from Mail Chimp, we also include the data when exporting from Smartmessages.
Sadly we have not been able to get others onboard with setting up a standard so this crucial data is preserved when switching suppliers.
